  • Experience Summary:

    Bob Saxton has a diverse professional career that has spanned 49 years. Following graduation with a BSME in 1971, he began his engineering career working on the Skylab Project in the early 1970’s. When that program ended, he began a long career with Monsanto/Solutia. He worked in maintenance and project roles at both the senior engineer and management levels. He served in a senior staff position for 10 years at the Cholate Bayou Site managing the human resource, quality control and employee training functions. He finished his manufacturing career as a senior maintenance engineer on a steel mill manufacturing line in Mobile, Alabama. After moving to Texas in 2015, Mr. Saxton worked in the private sector as a professional engineer and management consultant. In the 2019-2020 school year, he taught pre-engineering coursework at Angleton High School.

    Experience Summary:

    Joe Williams is an experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor, licensed in Texas (1782). He spent the majority of his career (45 years) in the pipeline industry in which he contributed to all phases of the pipeline installation and repair processes. A highlight of his career was his supervision of the routing and installation of a 485-mile underwater installation of a pipeline from Mobile, Alabama to Tampa, Florida. Mr. Williams brings a level of skill, quality and project deliverables that is highly valued in his specialty.

    Experience Summary:

    Tom Hail has worked in the surveying and construction field for 40 years. His career includes assignments in the Texas Gulf coast and in Malaysia. He worked in the family paving business for “hands-on” construction experience. He designed the closure caps on several landfills where the existing waste material exceeded the original plan. He is now working with CAD and creating the drawings of the surveys.
